Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to everything you buy in DexunShort and form part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you can buy

• Coins: virtual currency used to unlock episodes inside DexunShort.
• Episode unlocks: permanent access to a specific episode for your account, for as long as the series remains available in the service.
• VIP passes: access to eligible content for a fixed period (for example one month, one quarter or one year) as shown at purchase, bought with coins or, where offered, directly.

2. VIP passes do not renew automatically

A VIP pass is a one-time purchase. It starts when your purchase is confirmed and ends at the end of the period shown at checkout. We do not charge you again automatically. If you want more VIP time, you can buy another pass.

3. Prices, taxes and payment platforms

Prices are shown in the app or on the website before you buy and may vary by country, platform and promotion. Applicable taxes may be added or included as required by law. Payments are processed by:

• Apple (App Store in-app purchase) on iOS;
• Google Play Billing on Android apps downloaded from Google Play;
• Stripe or PayPal on dexunshort.com.

We never receive your full card number. The payment platform's own terms also apply to your purchase.

4. Nature of coins

Coins and unlocks are a limited license to access content inside DexunShort. They are not property, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be sold, transferred or moved between accounts or platforms except where we expressly allow it. Bonus or promotional coins may have their own terms, including expiration, which will be shown with the offer. We may adjust a balance to correct an error, including coins credited by mistake.

5. Refunds

• App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play purchases are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, through your Google Play order history.
• Website purchases (Stripe or PayPal): email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if you were charged twice, were charged but did not receive your coins or VIP pass, or could not use your purchase because of a technical problem on our side. We will correct the problem or refund the purchase.

Otherwise, coins that have been used, unlocked episodes and started VIP passes are non-refundable, except where the law of your place of residence requires a refund. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved.

6. Minors

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. Parents can manage purchases with Apple Screen Time, Google Play parental controls, or by contacting us.

7. Closing your account

If your account is deleted, any remaining coins and VIP time are forfeited and cannot be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. See Account Deletion.
