1. Your Content, Your Rights

You own the stories you create with DexunShort Create. We claim no copyright over your projects. We do not use your manuscripts, prompts, or project files to train AI models.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Create to produce, store, or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form, fictional or otherwise — zero tolerance;
  • Instructions for real-world violence, weapons, or other serious harm;
  • Harassment, defamation, or impersonation of real, identifiable people;
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark (adaptations require rights you actually hold — the Rights Gate in Novel-to-Script is binding);
  • Spam, automated scraping of the service, or attempts to bypass safety systems.

    • Requests that violate this policy are blocked and logged. Repeated violations suspend the account. Fiction is allowed to be dark — crime, revenge, and villains are the genre — but the absolute lines above never move.

    3. AI-Assisted Content

    Create is an AI-assisted writing tool. You are responsible for reviewing your output before publishing it anywhere, and for complying with third-party platforms' AI-disclosure rules (for example, Amazon KDP's disclosure requirements) when you submit work there.

    4. Publishing to DexunShort

    Submitting a project to the DexunShort content pipeline grants us a license to review it and, if accepted, to produce and distribute it under a separate agreement we'll sign with you. Submission alone transfers nothing.

    5. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

    If you believe content on this service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice containing: (a) identification of the work, (b) the infringing material's location, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement, and (e) your signature, to our designated agent at [email protected]. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

    6. Subscriptions & Quotas

    Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Generation quotas reset each billing cycle; unused quota does not roll over. Top-up packs never expire. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

    7. Service Regions

    Create is operated from the United States and offered to users in regions supported by our upstream AI providers. You may not use the service from, or on behalf of parties in, jurisdictions those providers do not support, and you may not use the service to circumvent any provider's regional restrictions. We may restrict access from unsupported regions.

    8. Service & Liability

    The service is provided "as is." We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. To the extent permitted by law, DEXUN INC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
