1. What We Collect

  • Account data: your DexunShort user ID and display name (authentication is handled by your DexunShort account; we never see your password).
  • Content you create: projects, chat messages with the studio, generated scripts, subtitles, audio, and video artifacts.
  • Media you upload: videos you submit for subtitle erasure, localization, or other processing.
  • Billing records: plan, quota usage, and transaction references. Card and PayPal details are processed by Stripe and PayPal — we never store payment credentials.
  • Technical logs: IP address and request logs kept for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.

    • 2. How We Use It

    To run the service: generate the content you ask for, process your videos, meter your quota, bill your plan, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your manuscripts, prompts, or media to train AI models.

    3. Third-Party Processing

    Parts of the pipeline run on vetted service providers, strictly to deliver the feature you invoked:

  • GPU video processing (subtitle erasure/extraction) runs on cloud GPU infrastructure;
  • Text generation, translation, and dubbing call AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI and comparable vendors);
  • Video and audio files are stored on Cloudflare R2; payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.

    • These providers receive only what is needed to perform the task and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.

    4. AI Assistants (MCP Connector)

    If you connect Create to an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) via our MCP connector, the assistant acts on your account with your explicit OAuth consent, under the same quota and rules as the web studio. You can revoke access at any time from the assistant's connector settings. We do not receive or store your conversations with the assistant — only the tool requests it sends to us.

    5. Retention

    Your projects and artifacts are kept until you delete them or close your account. Uploaded source videos and processed outputs are kept so you can retrieve results, and are removed on request. Security logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

    6. Your Choices

  • Delete projects or artifacts at any time in the studio;
  • Revoke connected AI assistants from the assistant's settings;
  • Request data export or full deletion via the contact below.
